Ratings & information
Ratings are computed from data sources described on our How we rate page. Data may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. We make no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Sponsored placements are labeled and affect listing position only — never the score.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you act on them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our ratings or editorial decisions. We are an information service and do not sell products; transactions occur entirely on third-party sites under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no scraping at a rate that burdens the service, no attempts to breach security, no submitting unlawful, infringing, or deliberately false content. User submissions (e.g. reviews) may be moderated, edited, or removed at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The compilation, ratings, and original content are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by law. Product, drug, and company names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
User content
If you submit a review or other content, you keep ownership of it but grant pharmaranks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it in connection with the service. You represent that the content is yours to share, is truthful and based on genuine experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement). The medical, drug-safety, supplement, and litigation information is general reference compiled from third-party and public sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not a substitute for professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pharmaranks and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the service.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to the service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
