We rate drugs, OTC medicines, supplements, and the companies behind them on a single, transparent 0–100 scale, so people can compare options using the same standard. Every page is built from official, verifiable data — not opinion or marketing copy.

Scores are currently driven by FDA regulatory (recall-safety) data, with the engine designed to blend additional weighted sources (marketplace signals, moderated user reviews) as they come online. When a product doesn't yet have enough data, we show "Not yet rated" rather than invent a score. Clinical content (overviews, side effects, warnings) is surfaced verbatim from FDA labels with attribution. We do not paraphrase medical text, because paraphrasing risks introducing errors.

Ratings are independent and are notinfluenced by advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate relationships. We do not publish fabricated reviews or invent medical reviewers. Where a company sponsors a placement, it is clearly labeled "Sponsored." The information here is general reference and is not medical advice — always consult a licensed professional.
