Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

Effective June 21, 2026

In plain terms: pharmaranks is free to use, and we earn money when you click some of our links or use our partners. We may be paid a commission or fee, at no extra cost to you. This compensation neverinfluences our scores or which products we cover — those are driven by FDA data and our published methodology. A sponsored item may be shown higher in a list, but it is always labeled "Sponsored." This page complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) endorsement guidelines.

Affiliate & referral links

Some outbound links on pharmaranks are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and take an action (such as making a purchase or starting a service), we may receive a commission or referral fee from the partner. You pay the same price — the partner pays us, not you. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" and carry a visible disclosure where they appear.

Sponsored placements

A company may pay to feature a product or message. When it does, the placement is clearly labeled "Sponsored," and a sponsored item may appear higher in a list than its score alone would place it. Sponsorship buys that visibility — it does notbuy a better rating: every product's independent score is computed the same way for sponsored and non-sponsored products alike.

Lead generation

On some pages we offer to connect you with independent partners — for example telehealth providers, pharmacies, or discount-coupon services. If you choose to engage with them, we may be compensated. The service you receive is provided by that third party, not by pharmaranks.

Specific programs

We participate in third-party affiliate programs and networks. Where a program requires its own disclosure, it applies here — for example, as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases when we participate in that program. Trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement of pharmaranks.

As of August 2026 we have two live commercial relationships, and naming them is simpler than describing them: Amazon (associate links on over-the-counter and supplement pages) and Sesame, a telehealth marketplace, through the RevOffers network. Sesame links are marked as sponsored wherever they appear. Our comparison of GLP-1 telehealth services was written and published before that relationship existed and has not been edited since — the other services on that page are linked too, without a commission to us.

Editorial independence

Our ratings are independent. Advertising, affiliate, or lead-gen relationships do notaffect a product's score, its rank in any list, or whether we include it. See How we rate for the methodology and About for our standards.

Not medical advice

Nothing on pharmaranks is medical or financial advice, and a commercial relationship with a partner is not a recommendation that any product is safe or effective for you. Always consult a licensed professional.
